Serial Number Repository

Serial Number Repository (SNR) is the centralized system of reference for manufacturing installed base information. Data is collected from OEM / ODM / CM plants worldwide and captured in SNR. SNR provides unit and product configuration (MBOM) data as well as the service spare part listings (SBOM) for each unit identified by a serial and product number.

Product Configuration Tracker

The Product Configuration Tracker (PC-Tracker) is the tool hosted by SNR which allows access to view configuration of products and units.

The external PC-Tracker is accessible only with a HPE Passport account, and with access granted directly to SNR.

If you do not have a HPE Passport account, please request a new HPE Passport account.

Once your HPE Passport account is active, log in and if you do not have access to SNR you will be provided instructions on how to request to have your account to be enabled to view SNR data via PC-Tracker.
